My wife was admitted to Bhandari Hospital, Indore, for approximately five days, and our overall experience was really good. During the entire hospitalization period, the staff was very supportive, polite, and cooperative. The doctors explained every aspect of the treatment clearly and in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence and comfort. We stayed in Room No. 217 (Deluxe Private Room), and the facilities were well maintained. The charges were reasonable and truly value for money, even for a deluxe private room. Additionally, the hospital also provided a discount during the final bill settlement, which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care, service quality, and professionalism of the hospital.
Very disappointing experience. I was charged for a doctor’s consultation (doctor visit charge) that never actually took place. बिल में उस डॉक्टर की विजिट का भी चार्ज लगाया हुआ है जो विजिट डॉक्टर की हुई ही नहीं। If you truly care about your patient, your money, and your peace of mind, please choose any hospital other than Bhandari. They are simply cheating people. No proper services were provided, and it felt like the hospital was only interested in taking money. I would not recommend visiting Bhandari Hospital unless you’re prepared for poor service and unfair charges.
I would highly recommend Bhandari hospital for hemorrhoidectomy (piles) and related laparoscopic surgery. Hospital is well equipped with all facilities including OT, experienced doctors and staffs. We got a very smooth experience in all the services provided here.
Best medical services recieved. The nursing staff, the doctors team dr. Mahak Bhandari the canteen staff all of them have given their best sevices.... Satisfied with the cost and the 5 star treatment given by the whole hospital
The hospital services is very good. The behaviour of staff is coprative and polite. The Dr. Mahak Bhandari Sir and Dr. Bhupendra rathore Sir is very humble. He has explained complete treatment and precaution after discharge
