I am honestly impressed with the canteen here. My main priority is always hygiene, and this place is spotlessly clean. I even looked at the kitchen and its very tidy. The food tastes good and you can tell they care about how they prepare and serve it. The execution here is objectively on a high level, regardless of how you slice it. Even though taste and the standard for what’s 'good' are obviously subjective and vary for everyone, you can’t deny the quality of the work put in.

The give 12 pages for to full at the time of admission. Which was quite disappointed and took so much time administration was poor. At the time of discharge they started the process around 1 PM and took so much time and all. And got discharged at around 8 pm at night . Infact the mediclame was passed only 70% of the total amount that at 6 PM so we couldn't call the related company or HR after 6 PM for that। , cari g staff is good but administration is very poor

My father, Dr. Ajay Gautam (Age 70), was admitted to Shalby Hospital for 10 days, and he is being discharged today. Our overall experience at the hospital has been very positive. The doctors and medical team were professional, attentive, and provided proper care throughout his stay. I would especially like to mention Sister Sagorika Singh for her exceptional care and support. She has a very soft-spoken, kind, and helpful nature. She handled my father with great patience and compassion, always ensuring his comfort and well-being. Her positive attitude and prompt assistance gave a lot of confidence and reassurance to our family during this difficult time. We are truly grateful to the entire team at Shalby Hospital for their dedication and care. Thank you for everything. 🙏

super speciality hospital shalby is a heaven on the earth of Indore the car that I got was full of dedication,care and love.these are the ingredients for any patient to speedy recovery. my salutations to Dr .Sandeep moolchandani ,Dr. Piyush Agrawal Dr. Anita chowksey ana all the other super speciality dr who treated me my compliments to Dr vivek Joshi and his all th team including nursing and house keeping.I.O and dr vivek Joshi and Dr piyush Agrawal for having missed pronouns there family names my very special gratitude senior sister Sofi Antony who leads a very briliant team 10 nursing offices and she is always cheerful mood and this sets an example per her team lastly my very best wishes for male nursing assistant Arun who was injured 3days back and come specialy to see me from is 8th floor to my room on the 6th floor I shalby failing my duty if I don't thank 3 physiotherapy dr Arpita,dr charu,dr Rahul and also dr dilip thank regards
