Great experience at Medanta Hospital, Indore for my full body health check-up. The process was smooth and well-organized. Special thanks to Durgesh for coordinating everything efficiently and helping me get a timely appointment with the general physician. Highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was good, but it was not the best. I felt that there was a lack of proper guidance from the staff. We were asked to undergo several tests, which we completed; however, we missed a few tests due to unclear instructions. Unfortunately, no one guided us properly at that time. As a result, we were asked to return on the same day to complete the remaining tests, which was very tiring and inconvenient for us. Better communication and guidance from the team would have helped avoid this situation. I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it will help improve the patient experience in the future.

My personal experience was very very bad, my mother went to hospital by walking and speaking, within two days she was not able to walk and speak. Now she is no more. My humble request to the Doctor's / staff's don't do like this, if treatment is not possible then, please, please inform to the respective relatives in positive way. Don't do for earning the money. Do for save the Life of each and everyone.

Treatment of my mother under Dr. Namrata Kachara was very good and satisfying. Her surgery was done in a very professional manner and she is fine now without any complications. The coordinator Ms. Diksha was also very helpful during OPD visits and procedure.

I recently visited Medanta Hospital Indore and would like to share some constructive feedback. While the medical care is satisfactory, there are certain areas that need improvement. The hospital should increase the waiting area space, as it becomes quite crowded during peak hours. The billing counter also needs expansion because long queues cause unnecessary delays for patients. In addition, the Minor OT area needs improvement. The patient queue for Minor OT is quite high, and there should be at least one more Minor OT to manage the load efficiently and reduce waiting time. Improving staff coordination in this area would also help in smoother operations. Lastly, the basic BP check and initial screening counter, which patients are advised to complete before visiting the doctor, should be better organized and clearly managed to avoid confusion. I hope the hospital management takes these suggestions positively to improve patient experience.
