Never visit this clinic !!!! Poor management they claim the clinic timings for evening start at 4pm but no one is there to entertain you at clinic if you reach at 4pm So I waited till 4:30pm post that there were 2 patients before me so I kept waiting for 2hrs for my turn anybody is allowed in the area where procedure are done very unprofessional this is post that I had to wait I have seen people coming after me and getting there treatment done and I was sitting like an idiot waiting for my turn post that at my turn both the dental chairs were occupied and I was sitting on a bench and getting my self checked the best part is while waiting the lady who was acting like a nurse or maybe a junior staff and calling out names suddenly become doctor and she started checking on me which was very strange for me I can understand there is less space but waiting for more then 2hrs and still you don’t get to meet doctor and cherry on the cake was I went with a problem and came back with same problem because according to the ACTING DOCTOR I need to turn up some other day with more time to get myself treated they were busy today And just for reference I had visited this place for very small issue nothing major to be done and end result was waste of time and money both. Please find some better place where you can get a solution and you are treated well.

Very bad experience. Nobody should visit this clinic at all. Specially Dr. Rituparna who doesn't have sence how to talk with a patient. And the receptionist ( monalisha) she doesn't know how to deal with the patient and her behavior towards patient is intolerable.

I had a wonderful experience at Bibhuti Bhusan Dental Clinic. Dr. Rituparna is highly skilled, professional and ensures a comfortable treatment process. The clinic is well-maintained and the staff is very welcoming. I truly appreciate the receptionist Manisha for her friendly and helpful attitude making the appointment process smooth and effortless. Highly recommended for quality dental care.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this dental clinic. The service is extremely slow and unnecessarily delayed, which causes a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, they demanded an extra commission in advance before even starting the treatment, and after the payment was made, the staff showed no cooperation and were very unhelpful in responding to queries. The sanitary conditions of the clinic are also very poor, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and patient safety. To make matters worse, the waiting area is cramped and uncomfortable, with hardly enough space for patients to sit. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor facilities, and unfair billing practices make this clinic highly unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking proper dental care.
