BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital

I was admitted to the Emergency Department at BLK-Max Hospital on 9 November 2025 due to a malaria relapse and stayed for 4 days. I am very thankful for the excellent care and warm hospitality I received. Dr. Anil Vardhani and Dr. Vivek Pal Singh were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They closely monitored my condition and explained the treatment clearly, which gave me great confidence and comfort. The emergency team and nursing staff were prompt, caring, and showed excellent hospitality, always ensuring my comfort and needs were met. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed. I am very satisfied with the treatment, care, and hospitality, and I highly recommend BLK-Max Hospital for their professionalism and patient-centered approach.

I would like to share a note about my experience at BLK Max Hospital back in November 2025. I was a traveller in transit to New Delhi when I sprained my ankle at the airport. I was taken care of by the hospital staff and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for their help, especially to Mr. Hamdaan. Despite being a foreign patient, I was received very quickly, had a scan done and received clear explanations. I was also able to purchase crutches without which I couldn’t even stand. I left with a complete medical file and everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for your kindness and efficiency.

The hospital food catering service was truly impressive. The meals were fresh, hygienic, well-balanced, and served on time every day. It’s comforting to receive nutritious and tasty food during recovery, and the team clearly puts effort into maintaining both quality and cleanliness. A special thanks to Jai Singh for his exceptional service and kind attitude. He was always polite, attentive, and ensured everything was delivered properly.
