Looks like this hospital is being run like a government office—no one seems to be responsible for patient care or the overall process. The waiting time is extremely long, and there is no proper coordination among the staff. Patients are left waiting without any clear updates or assistance. The management seriously needs to improve accountability, efficiency, and respect for patients’ time. Very disappointing experience at Centre for Sight, Agra branch.

I hope this review will be very helpful to you. I want to mention that I went to the Center for Sight to get my eye surgery done, but they only offer PRK, which is a very old version of laser surgery. With this procedure, your eyesight will improve and become normal in almost a month! If you're hoping to get a Smile or a Lasik procedure done, or any advanced laser treatment, it's not available there. I inquired about it today when I went there, and my eye prescription is -3.25 with cylindrical correction in both eyes. So, if you want a better, more advanced version done within two weeks, you can go to Delhi, as it will cost you the same amount, around 1.5 lakh rupees. So, this was my complete review and I've clearly explained what you can expect there. Plan your visit accordingly. Staff is good enough but the people who sits on couter is kinda wierd it's cannot understand what a patient want when they first time come for lasik workup( it's a tests of your eye that your eye is perfect for surgery or not) prk standard cost 50k safe surface prk cost 1.2L difference is they remove first laayer of your eye with laser or hands (prk). I booked pre Lasik checkup with Dr. Rishab for Agra centre and appointment confirmed for today 10:10 AM. I didn't not get any call from CFS Team regarding non availability of Doctor and they just drop a message that appointment rescheduled to 10:20 AM with Dr. Shweta. I visited centre at 10:30 AM and it's 2 PM, Dr. Not available and after 1 time Dilate drop my eyes no further procedure done. After calling in help desk centre and raised my complain to desk , staff came for next process, check my eyes again at 2 PM and states dilate process we need to proceed again when I raised complaint regarding to next process. No one staff is serious there about pt. care and provide them proper service. They are just moving here and there. Above is my genuine experience and feedback. After spend 3 hours they still want me to wait 1 more hour. On 18 April 2026 My reached time there is 10:30 AM and departure time is 03:30 PM after I informed them I don't have time for any final discussion. Pt. ID - Agra.33054

Whether you call customer care or ask at the branch, the response is always the same: you need to come to the clinic and wait, often for around 2 to 2.5 hours, before seeing the doctor. This approach is difficult to understand. Patients have jobs, families, and other commitments, and expecting everyone to spend several hours waiting at the clinic is neither efficient nor patient-friendly. A modern healthcare provider should have a transparent queue or appointment system that allows patients to know approximately when they will be attended, so they can plan their visit accordingly. What makes the situation more frustrating is that the reception staff either seem unaware of the reason for this policy or are unable to explain why no proper queue management system exists. It is surprising that such a reputed chain has adopted a process where every patient is expected to arrive and wait for hours without any indication of their position in the queue. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements a proper appointment and queue management system to improve the patient experience.
