I can't believe I wasn't able to breathe properly & they acted like no big deal.The ICU staff here is so bad they shouldn't have been doctor's/ medical helpers in the first place. They don't have any sympathy/empathy. Heartless judgemental people. I still like heritage but God forbid i'd prefer dieing in a medical condition than being helped(by judgemental staff / being laught at/ don't give a damn vibe givers) . Heritage have been a great hospital and deserves better doctors & staff, who knows and understands how there patient is hurt/ not well instead of laughing at her in there group like a bunch of people enjoying an inside joke . The only thing was I was a patient & they were hospital staff & doctor's. Edited: i appreciate the efforts of management that they saw my concern, resolved it & were sympathetic towards my issue. Heritage had been a great hospital ever since I've had been treated here. I'm really glad about the management & there problem solving efficiency. Thanks to heritage's management & staff . They really helped me to be healthy .

The most unhygienic hospital I have ever seen, you can not run a hospital- a place where patients are supposed to recover and have it run like that, simply disgusted. All they care about is money and if you have insurance then they make sure your insurance gets exhausted. The care is so poor, the plastic surgeon who took up our case there is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered and I come from a healthcare background, trust me I have seen my share of doctors. We came to the hospital trusting the doctor and believing that our patient is going to recover well but all that mattered to them was money. Who does that? People come to you and trust their life with it and this is how you repay them? I hope this review reaches somebody in need.
