Pushpanjali Hospital assured us a private room after gallbladder surgery. My father was admitted on a Government-approved Rajya Karmachari Cashless Card, where private room is allowed as per entitlement/charges. After surgery, staff refused and said: “Cashless card walon ke liye private room nahi hai.” This condition was never disclosed before admission. Changing terms after operation and treating patients differently due to cashless government card is unethical and mentally harassing. Advice: Get every promise in writing, especially if using a government cashless card.
