Pushpanjali is a biggest hospital in Agra, people are expecting basic hygiene and basic management from the biggest hospital, its not a charitable hospital or Govt hospital where people are getting free treatment. 1. Overall pathetic management experience apart from Doctors. 2. Washroom Hygiene: Washrooms are not being cleaned regularly and are unhygienic, making them unsuitable for patient use. 3. Housekeeping Behaviour and Hygiene: Housekeeping staff behaviour is unprofessional, and proper hygiene protocols are not being followed during cleaning activities. 4. Male Nurse Behaviour: The behaviour and conduct of the few male nursing staff is inappropriate and lacks professionalism, which is concerning for patient comfort and dignity. 5. Morning Wake-up Time and Routine: There is no proper morning routine followed for patients. Wake-up time and basic care activities are inconsistent and poorly managed. 6. AÇ Temperature Management: Room temperature is not being monitored or maintained appropriately, causing discomfort to the patient. 7. Unclean Curtains and Tables: Curtains and bedside tables are visibly dirty and unhygienic. 8. Food Table Cleanliness: The food serving table is not cleaned properly, raising concerns about food hygiene. 9. Bedsheet, Clothes, and Dustbin Change: Bedsheets, patient clothes, and dustbins are not being changed or cleaned on a regular basis as required. 10-Pest Control: they should take permission for spray because it might harmful for patient and attendant. These lapses are unacceptable in a healthcare environment and directly impact patient well-being. I request the hospital management to kindly look into these matters on priority and take immediate corrective action. I also request a written response regarding the steps taken to address the above issues. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Sincerely, Lucky

MAKING MONEY OF SOMEONE’s MISERY This hospital turned one of the worst moments of our lives into an even more painful experience. My father was admitted to the CCU at around 8 PM after suffering a heart attack. Despite being in critical condition, no angiography was performed for nearly 16 hours to assess the blockage in his heart. During this time, he was only given medicines that are commonly available even in smaller hospitals. If the hospital did not have a cardiologist or cath lab team available during the night, why was the patient not immediately referred to another hospital capable of providing emergency cardiac care? In cardiac emergencies, every minute matters. They are doing tests such as an NCCT brain scan were conducted while the primary cardiac issue remained unaddressed. Why??? Just to make money. If they had done chest cct still make sense. The hospital infrastructure and hygiene were also unacceptable. There was water draining in the middle of the CCU area, which is highly inappropriate for a critical care unit. Medicines were being sold at prices significantly higher than outside pharmacies. Charging premium prices carries a responsibility to provide timely and appropriate care. If your facility lacks the required specialists or emergency capabilities, please refer patients promptly rather than delaying critical treatment. If you have a tiny love for your patient. Don’t ever go to this hospital. This is a HOSPITAL OF DEATHS.

Overall good experience, the doctors are knowledgeable, attentive. The nursing staff are responsive. The hospital premises is clean and well-maintained, and the registration process, TPA process is also relatively smooth. 1 suggestion - at least 1 parking should be free for patient/ relatives.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the extremely poor management and negligence at Pushpanjali Agra Hospital. My sister-in-law was admitted and underwent a C-section delivery on 11th April. She was supposed to be discharged today, 13th April. However, despite waiting since the afternoon, it is now 9:19 PM and the discharge process has still not been completed. We were informed by the hospital staff that the discharge file had already been sent to the TPA at 3 PM. However, upon contacting the insurance company, we were told that no such file has been received from the hospital. This clearly indicates a lack of coordination and misinformation from the hospital staff. Additionally, it is extremely concerning that my sister-in-law has not been provided with her prescribed medicines since the afternoon, which is a serious lapse in patient care and safety. Due to this negligence and delay: The patient is suffering unnecessarily The family is being mentally harassed There is a complete lack of accountability from the hospital staff
