I recently visited Chandan Diagnostic Centre for a chest X-ray and stomach ultrasound. Even though there are many big diagnostic centres around, I would still highly recommend Chandan because their staff and doctors provide excellent service, great knowledge, and genuine motivation. The way they explain everything is truly impressive.And there is Naina Thapa she is extremely supportive, very knowledgeable, and always ready to guide patients. She personally checks on everything and makes sure you understand each step clearly. It was an amazing experience with Naina Thapa and the entire Chandan Diagnostic Centre team......

Today visited the centre for an Ultrasound of my wife. Superb care by the diagnostic centre and the best part was that the lady at your reception Ms. Sarita is so kind with a preety smile that the patient forgets his pain. God bless Ms. Sarita in abundance

Bad service provide for me. They waste a lot of time and make us wait. Then your staff runs from here to there. I came to you for an ultrasound, earlier the ultrasound used to take 10 to 30 minutes, but now you made me wait for 3 hours. I am very dispointed your diagnosis center, it' mean vary harassment 🙁🙁🙁

Very disappointing and inaccurate report. I visited this clinic for an ultrasound, and the report came completely normal. However, just three days later, I got another ultrasound done from a different center, and it clearly showed swelling in the appendix. This shows a serious lack of accuracy and reliability in their diagnostic services. Such incorrect reports can delay proper treatment and put patients’ health at risk. I would strongly advise others to double-check reports from this clinic or consider going elsewhere.

Never ever trust them for ultrasound. Radiologist suggested appendicitis but an ultrasound from other lab and later on CECT suggested there is no appendicitis. Worst experience and mental trauma for entire family.
