741 on GoogleI used their facility for a x-ray. The prescribing doctor told me that they provide a digital x-ray. Doon Diagnostic gave a usual hard copy of the x-ray and denied giving digital/soft copy of x-ray. Strange. I could not accept this strange behaviour of the doctor who used his staff to convey this message.
It is located at cross road Dehradun, parking is nearby, wheelchairs accessable. Reception counter is there. You need previous appointment but emergency cases are seen on priority. MRI , CT , xray and Ultrasound facilities available. Staff is good and courtacious. Reporting is very good, specialists are well qualified and experienced. Sober and gentle. They have good name and fame in Uttrakhand.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. They do not care whether the patient is severely ill, in a critical condition or needs immediate attention. The staff is extremely impolite and inefficient.
They'll tell you the test will be done in 15mins but that is before you make payment, once you've made the payment, timings change to "aap baitho hum bula lenge aapko)an hour atleast. Once you've made the payment they will prioritise patience that came after you for the money, saying emergency thi, emergency ka patient walk krke aa kr baithe hue instagram pr reels dekh raha hai but pehle wo jayga cz paise zyada agaye... Also they are over priced. Not health support but only money minded business people
