Dr Ahuja S Pathology and Imaging Centre

A renowed, efficient and multi facility lab in Dehradun. Lab is clean and hygienic. Space is little bit concise. You should take appointement before coming to this lab for minimal wait. I have been there for 5 - 6 times. I have not waited for long because of prior appointment facility available on Ahuja's pathology whatsapp number, they will tell you time on which you have to come to Lab.

I had a good experience at Metropolis Labs – Dr. Ahuja’s Pathology & imagine center. The staff is polite and helpful, and the centre is clean and well managed. Special thanks to Reena dhoundiyal. 🙃She is very polite, well-mannered, and talks very nicely. She explains everything clearly and makes patients feel comfortable. Metropolis Diagnostic Centre (Astley Hall, Dehradun) is truly one of the best diagnostic centres in the city. The staff is extremely polite, well-trained, and professional. The blood sample was taken very smoothly without any discomfort. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the reports are delivered on time. The quality, hygiene, and overall service are top-notch. If you want accurate and reliable test results, this is definitely the best place to visit. Highly recommended!

Firstly it a pain to give samples at their south point (Haridwar By-pass) center. My mother has to get weekly tests done for her chemotherapy and every time we go there in the morning they have oney one girl who does the billing and takes the samples as well. People unnecessarily have to wait for just giving a blood sample. No respect for other's time. Secondly for getting reports on WhatsApp every time I need to call multiple times and today even after calling the 4-5 times they didn't sent the report at all. Their staff is so unprofessional and doesn't even care about the seriousness of their profession. They don't even realize that procedures are lined up based on these results. Absolutely Unprofessional!!!
