The doctors here are excellent — knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to patients’ needs. However, the experience with some of the staff could be improved. A few members seem to lack politeness, kindness, and empathy when interacting with patients and their families. I believe additional training in communication and patient care would greatly enhance the overall experience. With better staff behavior and empathy, this hospital could truly provide outstanding service to match its excellent medical team. Also, better to have name tag to every employee on their uniform so I could specify there names.

When we brought the patient to the emergency department in severe pain, instead of providing immediate treatment, we were asked to first go to the pharmacy to purchase medicines. Due to this delay, the patient continued to suffer without any timely relief. The situation at the pharmacy makes it even more stressful. There is very limited staff, which results in long waiting times. Emergency patients and their attendants are not given any priority. When we request quicker service, the pharmacy staff often behave rudely and respond in an uncooperative manner, simply saying that the medicines are available and we must wait. Their careless attitude causes more distress, while the patient is in severe pain waiting for treatment. Such behavior and delay in providing medicines during an emergency is unacceptable and can worsen the patient’s condition. Proper coordination between emergency and pharmacy services is necessary for saving time and protecting patient health. I request the hospital administration to take strict action and ensure: Immediate availability of medicines in emergency cases A priority system for emergency patients at the pharmacy Sufficient pharmacy staff to reduce waiting time Professional, respectful, and supportive behavior from pharmacy staff These improvements are necessary so that no patient suffers due to delays or improper behavior again.
