Our experience at K.K. Hospital during my father’s critical illness left a very painful impression on our family. One particular night before my father went into coma is something I still cannot forget. I was sitting beside him throughout the night and noticed that his condition was worsening and that he had started sounding confused. I repeatedly tried informing the nurses and even spoke to a doctor because I genuinely felt something was not right. What disturbed me deeply was not only the helplessness of the situation, but also the overall attitude and environment around critical patients. While families were sitting worried beside loved ones, some staff members appeared extremely casual — laughing, joking, and talking loudly nearby. I understand hospital staff work under pressure and long shifts, but families remember these moments forever during life-and-death situations. During a prolonged hospitalization, attendants are constantly observing every change in the patient, reading reports, understanding medicines, and trying their best to help. In such moments, empathy, attentiveness, reassurance, and seriousness matter just as much as procedures and medicines. Unfortunately, our experience made us feel emotionally unsupported and unheard at crucial moments. It felt more like a formal system than compassionate patient care. I genuinely hope the hospital improves not only operationally, but also culturally — especially in terms of empathy, communication, attentiveness toward attendants raising concerns, and sensitivity around critically ill patients and their families.

This hospital is recognized by ECHS. My daughter was admitted in the hospital for three days on refral from ECHS for treatment under Dr Sunita Singh. On arrival to the hospital for admission, the staff was very helpful and it took few minutes only for completing the documentation. The hygiene and cleanliness in the hospital is extremely good. The staff is very attentive and supportive. I must mention the name of Shakuntla Bua and nurse Prachi Trivedi in handling my daughter very patiently before and after operation with lots of care and empathy. This hospital is highly recommend from my side.

One of the worst hospital in lucknow... Mostly Doctors treat patients as per management's advice, whether to give best treatment or not, worst behaviour of all the staff members (worst than govt. Hospitals)...fully commercial and non ethical place.

Hi, my experience with the team has been excellent so far. Dr. Sunita Singh has been very patient and supportive, always taking time to understand my concerns and guiding me with positivity. She explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable throughout. My dietician, Shaily maam has also been very helpful. She created a plan that was simple to follow and suited my lifestyle. With her guidance, I have been able to maintain my diet properly, which has helped in controlling acidity and keeping my sugar levels stable.Overall, the care plan has been extremely beneficial for me both physically and mentally. The sessions, especially the Yoga sessions, are very effective and refreshing.I truly appreciate all the effort and guidance given. Thanks.

This was one of the WORST hospital experiences I’ve ever had in Lucknow. Was very unhappy with the negative attitude of some staff members. I am concerned about the fraudulent practices in the hospital. Hospital should maintain honesty and ethical standards. I noticed unfair treatment in the hospital where patients with more money seemed to receive faster attention and better service while others had to wait longer. In my opinion, I would NOT recommend this hospital to ANYONE.
