I used to trust this path lab earlier. It's becoming worst over time. Today while an ultrasound, they were so quick analysing that it even took hardly less than 2 mins to examine and asked to leave the seat quickly. Didn't even provide a tissue to clean the liquid applied by them. Worst experience
THIRD CLASS EXPERIENCE. The person who sits on counter in basement (on right hand side at blood collection center) tried to charge much higher rates from me. Both my parents father and mother are doctors so we know the actual rates from Charak's other employees. When I confronted this man and asked to charge correct rates, he started fighting. Then I had to call Mukesh (employee of Charak who gives us best and correct rates) and only then the man at reception gave us correct rates. This man at reception should be thrown out because he made my experience so bad that I don't want to go back to Charak ever again.
Had a very bad experience! Rude and incompetent staff, no concern shown for patient. Took my daughter for an adenoid xray and the staff couldn’t scan at all! He kept saying the child is not standing still but when we asked them to help in holding the child they said manage on your own! I had called them before going there and they had promised they will help with the child. But after reaching there they were very rude and disinterested! Never go there with a child, they will waste your time and money.
