Dear Investors/ Management of Devi Scan Kumarapuram. You got an excelent staffings to provide with good service and support, i came to do an MRI. Sorry to mark a comment on your infra, the ambiance cleanliness etc is annoying to any person who walks in, i have attached the picture of your MRI scan dress changing room image it's having moulds of years accumalated 😃, also the pathetic condition of your washroom near to the MRI.There is a lack of monitoring from the top management to this premises - you got an excelent building, wonderful staffs and blessed with enough customers to earn not less than a million in a day then what is that lacking for you to do the alterations on the required spots. Its a recommendation to consider the request to make the infra sounds attractive in the new era. Your staffs may have limited access to advice the top management. Do comsider working on above. Today i went to varkala devi scans to take an usg scan. Im totally satisfied with their service and reports. All staffs are very friendly. They all are very coordinates its help the patients to make their wants easier. Im treat with the receptionist fathima. N And im so Happy to meet her

Very bad experience, appointment was given on Friday for Monday 6:30 am for MRI .On the day of appointment informed that machine is not working ,After one hour of waiting and apron change.Rescheduled to 6:30 pm at 9:45 am. Afternoon ,staff informed that machine will be ready only after 7 pm ,told to come around 9.We reached there at 8:30 ,asked staff regarding the machine status ,since we saw too many patients in the queue, and we were told that we will be given the first slot .We were told to Wait again for 30 minutes.Later found out that they had purposefully lied to us regarding the repair and rescheduled and many patients were seen during day time .Staff at the reception had no justification .No value for priority ,time or emergency ,Money minded.Worst experience .

I had an excellent experience at Devi Scan & Laboratory. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the procedures were handled smoothly. A special mention to Ms. Simi, who assisted me throughout my visit. She was patient, polite, and very professional, making sure I was comfortable and informed at every step.

I went for a shoulder and hip scan. Excellent quick service. The staff professional, kind, extremely helpful and sensitive to my needs. The extensive reports punctually provided. Great value for money.
