Good service @Dr.Gopinaths Diagnostic services. Here tried out thr scan, its first come first served basis,the waiting part ,for ur turn for d scan is a lil too much.Here d radiologist, Dr Vasanthi Suresh, was really good ,to do the scan and patient enough&, friendly ,to explain the scan details.The ambience is just fine, is not very spacious though.People can wait outside,chairs r provided, as its not possible to accommodate many in. Staffs r fine. Reasonable& affordable price compared to other private labs! Overall its fine & good !!! Latest: I recently used a home collection service for a blood test, and the experience was fantastic. Mr. Bimal, who came to collect the samples, was very punctual, well-mannered, and made sure we r comfortable throughout. He handled everything gently and professionally. The waiting time was a bit long, but the place was clean, neat, and well maintained as always. The front office staff, Ms. Jayachitra, was very cooperative, calm, and well-behaved. She patiently cleared all our doubts. In fact, all the staff were polite and courteous. The doctor, Dr. Jose Manuel, was extremely patient, approachable, and kind. He performed the scan carefully, made me feel comfortable, took his time, and clarified all doubts. Overall, happy with their service

The best, the affordable and the trustful brand... Adding few words about Gopinath Scans, it's one of the best centre of excellence as I was personally not able to get to the clinic due to my illness ( couldnt use the stairs & lift facility was under maintenance) and so the staff came to my car and took the blood samples which I havent experienced in any of the clinics in Trivandrum. From my personal experience and also from my family, we would surely recommend Dr.Gopinath Scans for the services.

I had a terrible experience at this laboratory. One of the staff's behaviour was not appropriate, the attitude she was having was very inappropriate in an institution like this. The person was communicating to other staff and the way of speaking and the words they were using were very bad. I enquired about the person and was said that it is the HR of the laboratory. As a person occupying a higher position at that office, their behaviour should be better. While the customers are present there, there is some etiquette they should follow. I think the higher authority should note these and take further action on this issue for the convenience of the customers
