My father was admitted under the care of Dr. Vinit Kumar Tomar on 16th July. The doctor initially informed us that my father’s condition was not severe and that he would recover within a day or two. However, the situation was handled with great negligence afterward. On 18th July, my father’s hemoglobin dropped to 5. I repeatedly asked the ICU staff about the doctor’s instructions regarding blood transfusion — first around 9:30 AM, then again at 12 PM — but each time I was told that no update had been received. Later, when I personally met the ICU in-charge around 12:30 PM, she informed me that the doctor had prescribed the transfusion at 9 AM, and questioned why we hadn’t arranged for blood yet. This came as a complete shock since none of the staff had informed us earlier despite multiple follow-ups. Once the blood was arranged and transfusion began, my father regained consciousness after two days. I brought this serious lapse in communication to Dr. Vinit Tomar’s attention, but instead of acknowledging it, he rudely said, “Ilaaj karana hai toh rakho, nahi toh le jao yahan se.” Such an insensitive and unprofessional response from a treating doctor was extremely distressing for our family. On 20th July, which was a Sunday, the nursing staff told us to discharge my father as his condition was deteriorating. Unfortunately, due to the upcoming Shivratri festival, no doctors were available in Meerut. We rushed to multiple hospitals, but none agreed to admit him due to his dropping BP and critical condition. The staff at Dr. Tomar’s hospital also refused to refer him elsewhere or take responsibility. When we tried to contact Dr. Vinit Tomar, we were informed that he was on leave for the next four days. Neither were we informed about his unavailability earlier, nor was any alternate doctor assigned to the case. I fail to understand how a hospital can admit patients under such circumstances — without proper supervision, communication, or accountability. The experience was deeply disappointing. If the hospital or the doctor would have taken the respinsibility, I believe my father would have been with us today.

The hospital has all the basic facilities like cantene, washrooms, drinking water etc. It has various types of machines also. The doctors are highly qualified and experienced . The consultation fee is between 700-1000.

Very Very Bad Service by staff, sweeper staff keep asking for money, even in the ICU nurses asking for money, if they r getting salary for their duty then why they are asking money from the patients, looting inside the hospital (ICU) (Rooms) they r everywhere saying Chai Pani dedo kuch.. sick of this, one nurse asked me to pay her in the ICU through PAYTM, such pathetic staff.. Management should notice these things.. LOOT in the hospital itself..🤮🤮🤮 ROOMS Rooms are so dirty even the private AC rooms r full of cockroaches and insects, bathrooms r in bad condition, sweepers only coming for taking money and not for cleaning.

Management is not good as they don't properly explain the surgery cost to the patient and attendant before surgery. Person in charge should focus on proper pre-op and post-op counselling. Doctors are very good in city.
