An excellent environment and the friendliest staff. Highly professional approach. They took three hours to complete the check up for suggesting cataract operation. Good experience.

My visit to Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital was a complete letdown 👎. The service was inefficient, and the staff seemed utterly uninterested in helping. 😤 I experienced significant delays, and the facilities were unkempt. A truly disappointing experience. 😠 Definitely not worth your time. 👎 Waiting period is too much and they are not bothering about those.

Excellent experience overall. I recently underwent a minor eye procedure at Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, and the entire process was handled very smoothly. The coordination between departments was seamless, supported by their well-integrated digital systems, which made the experience efficient and hassle-free. A special mention to the insurance team — the claim process was managed effortlessly. Sincere thanks to Dr Anbarasi mam for her excellent diagnosis, skillful treatment, and reassuring care throughout. Grateful to the entire team for their professionalism. Highly recommended.

Since the day of our first meeting for consultation with madam, my son has been taken care and the treatment / advice sought from doctor have been very much caring and confidence building. My son has been consistently advised by doctor to pay continuing visit to hospital and each and every visits undertaken are positive, meaningful and highly satisfied moments.
