It was a great experience at Dr.K K Surgical and Paediatric Centerl where I had cataract surgery for both eyes in an interval of 1 month. Dr Kavithalakshmi is a highly talented and experienced Ophthalmologist . I learnt she is specialised in cataract and corneal surgery and won many awards for her excellent medical service to humanity. To talk about my experience, she made cataract surgery very easy and comfortable for me . I hardly had any pain in my eyes after surgery . I have no issues or complications till date. She gave clear explanation of what is cataract and the surgery process . Her instructioms for post surgery medications and timings of eye drops , what activities to be strictly avoided after surgery were very clear.. All this made the surgery a success without any post surgery complications. To add to her expertise, the staff working there are so kind and efficient. They are always duty conscious and do not waste time. I had no attender from my family for the 2nd eye surgery . But the staff there treated me with care and made me feel very comfortable. . Even the house keeping staff Vioni was so sweet and sincere . She kept the rooms neat and beds comfortable. She said she has been working there for 15 years right from the inauguration of the hospital. The hospital atmosphere was very hygienic and pleasant. I have never seen such dedicated staff elsewhere and understood that the promoters Dr Kavitha and her husband Dr Kasi must be really kind and understanding towards their staff . That's the reason for the team spirit of the staff. My best wishes for KK Surgical and Paediatric Center to grow more and flourish.
