I had the privilege to avail services of Dr Binu Nambiar Eye Surgeon for my cataract surgery.. Done botheyes on14th and 16th january respectively. The operation was conducted very smoothly by Dr Binu in an utmost friendly manner and it was done with such ease and elegance. It was really painless, took few minutes and the surgical acumen of the Dr was visible throughout the procedure and everything was perfectly ok I was referred to Dr. Binu by my friend Dr.Akhila, ophthalmic surgeon, Lakeshore hospital Ernakulam, From the moment I approached the hospital, I experienced a high standard of professionalism, care, and organization. The hospital environment was clean, well-managed, and patient-friendly, which created a sense of comfort and trust. The nursing staff and supporting team were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, reflecting the strong values and discipline maintained by the institution. We, Self and wife had an excellent experience in Sun rise eye care hospital at kannur. This hospital is situated in town. It is well maintained and hygienic. Also there is comfortable sitting facilities in waiting area .Further ,lots of parking areas available. The specific observation is that a very systematic method for meeting the Doctor is arranged— First come First Serve- .Cataract surgery for both eyes of my wife was conducted by Dr Binu Nambiar with in a span of 14 days. Requisite tests were conducted by the staff who are well trained and very cordial with the patient and the bystanders .The counsellors are well experienced and guides properly in all aspects including taking care of the eyes post operation period. However, a drawback is that there is No restaurant facilities where the patient and their accompanying people can get some refreshments.The concerned authorities may take appropriate action.
