We wanted to understand the delivery package charges at Madhuraj Hospital for baby delivery. However, as soon as they came to know that we have insurance, they started quoting a much higher amount. Instead of giving a clear package rate upfront, they simply said, “Why are you worried? Insurance will pay.” But that is not how insurance works. Insurance companies do not cover the entire amount, and in our case, the cap is already ₹75,000. Quoting ₹1.5 to ₹2 lakhs for delivery in a tier-3 city does not make sense and feels unreasonable. We are only asking for transparency and fair pricing, irrespective of whether a patient has insurance or not. We didn’t opt it and went for Chandrakanta hospital ,where transparency and better health facilities was present.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited Madhuraj Hospital twice for my PCOS treatment, and both experiences were extremely frustrating. The staff is absolutely pathetic — they don’t treat patients like human beings. Each time, I had to wait at least 6 hours for a simple check-up, without any updates or communication. The staff members are rude, especially the one who handles calls and coordination. She talks very badly to everyone and doesn’t let you speak properly. When my periods came within 17 days (even though the doctor had given me 2 months of medicine), I called for guidance. That staff member refused to let me talk to the doctor both times. Once I finally managed to speak to the doctor, she said, “We can't tell everything on phone. I have to see other patients, I cannot talk to you more than a minute.” I told her clearly that I work in Gurgaon and cannot come instantly, but she still asked me to visit again just to get any answer. So basically, they expect you to visit again and again just to collect money. The charges are ridiculously high: ₹9,500 for only 3 medicines for 2 months — which is way too much. ₹5,000 for a hormonal blood test — while most clinics charge around ₹3,000. Because of all this, I had to stop my medication in the middle. I genuinely felt they weren’t treating me properly and were just focused on money. I’m now looking for another doctor or considering homeopathic treatment instead. I absolutely do NOT recommend Madhuraj Hospital to anyone. Please save your time and money — there are much better hospitals and doctors out there.

Doctors & staff were good. However Facilities we not at par with the pricing. The seats can be drastically improved for the bomb price they charge specially for the semi - Private room 402. Attached are some images of the bench available for the assistant to patient. It was painful and torture to sit and sleep on this bench for 3 days and this has onset my back pain. My lower back started paining just after one night on this bench. Note: All other rooms had better cushioned chairs. Feedback to management : Please replace this chair immediately with the similar ones in your all other rooms. Attached are some images of the same. This chair has ZERO cushioning and is the reason for my back pain. Advice to patients : Please avoid the semi private room : 402 until the blue chair is replaced. The general ward has also got better cushioned chairs ( brown cushioned chairs) ask for it if you have to stay in the room. You'll thank me later.

We went to Madhuraj Hospital for baby birth. The doctors and nurses were very good — caring, professional, and supportive throughout the process. However, it was quite difficult to get a separate room, as the hospital seemed to be very crowded. Overall, our experience was positive in terms of treatment and staff behavior, but bed availability and management could be improved
