You can get the reports on your registered mobile number, you don't have to visit the clinic to collect the reports which I like the most. super friendly and helpful.

Having a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Blood sample got Platelet count Home Collection done yesterday at 8 AM. 26 hours later, no report made available despite many many many calls to customer care, local LalPath lab collection centre etc. i just requested them to send report on my email. They all take email address but say some other team has been sent the ticket to take action. Local Wanowari centre says come and take report. Home sample given only because patient cannot come. Ridiculous.

The staff is really supportive and calm. They provided needed information and procedures in depth. Its near to Command Hospital making easy to access. Sometimes their phones are quite busy, buy can be contacted through redials. Its also impaneled lab for ECHS people's. Their lunchtime is 1pm -1:30pm. Blood can be submitted till 2:30- 30pm for tests. Few tests happen twice/thrice a week, so one can expect a minor delays in it. Do confirm the test report delivery while submitting the blood samples.
