⭐ Not even worth 1 Star – Absolute Chaos & Disrespect at Sutar Hospital, Krishna Diagnostics This review is specifically for Krishna Diagnostics – Sutar Hospital location. I had a confirmed 4:00 PM appointment, which they themselves shifted to 5:00 PM citing another patient. I reached at 4:45 PM with a patient suffering from severe lumbar pain. It is now 7:30 PM, and the patient has still not been taken into the MRI machine. I belong to the medical field, and I fully understand emergencies — this is not an emergency issue, this is pure mismanagement. If you cannot handle patient flow, stop giving false appointment times and making patients wait endlessly in pain. What makes this even more unacceptable: The patient is herself a doctor (BAMS, EMS) and a frontline healthcare worker associated with Divyang Sanstha, Wanavdi. Despite escalating the issue to the Krishna Diagnostics helpline and the on-site in-charge, nothing was done. No explanation, no urgency, no accountability. What’s ironic is that we have previously used Krishna Diagnostics at the Kamla Nehru location, where the service was efficient, professional, and respectful. This proves the issue is not the brand — it is the Sutar Hospital management and staff, which is shockingly incompetent and indifferent. Patients were left waiting for hours while staff showed zero concern. This is not healthcare; this is neglect. If this is how doctors and patients in severe pain are treated here, it raises serious questions about how other patients are handled. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid the Sutar Hospital Krishna Diagnostics centre if you value your time, dignity, and basic human empathy.

It's the best testing lab in Kothrud. Accurate, fast, and affordable. The staff is also very cooperative. It started with me, now it's my family path lab. Long live Krsnaa!

The blood pathology sessions were very informative and well-organized. All important topics like blood cell morphology, anemia types, and blood tests were explained clearly. Practical demonstrations (CBC, peripheral smear) were very useful for understanding.

Service is vary bad and experience is very lowe My mri report is too much late given his side and service not good to much expensive rate

The medical staff at the government hospital were knowledgeable and supportive, and the treatment was effective. However, the waiting time for registration and consultation was quite long. Improving the token system and cleanliness in waiting areas would make the experience even better.
