Staff is very uneducated they let the favourite person or relative through first they don’t bother who came first there is no number or queue system if you went in the morning you prepare to spend whole day in the clinic they don’t bother your time or you left children alone at home or anything we complaint to doctors as-well he straight away said to you that this is not uk, canada , USA this is india. thats how we work here this is india
I had a really disappointing experience at this place. While the doctor does have knowledge, the staff working there is highly unprofessional. You wait and wait for your turn, and one of the staff members (an older lady) was clearly giving favour to her own people. The one lady sitting at the reception desk has put our file 2 times on top following the queue but the other old lady was just shuffling the receipts and putting her favourites on top. When we pointed out that this was wrong, the doctor responded by saying, 'This is not your London or Canada, this is India.' We stayed quiet out of respect, but it was truly disheartening. Yes, this is India, but does that mean we should accept such behavior? Shouldn't we aim for improvement? If educated people, who are the backbone of society, don't take the initiative to support what's right, then who will? While it was expected for someone to defend wrong behavior, the doctor's response, which was disrespectful, was completely inappropriate.
