⸻ We are extremely grateful to Hartej Hospital and especially Dr. Shivani Sood Nagpal for the outstanding care given to my mother. She was very critical and had to be admitted through emergency, but the medical team acted promptly and professionally. Within 24 hours, she was stable enough to be shifted to a room, and in just two days, she has recovered remarkably well and is now perfectly fine. Dr. Shivani’s expertise, calm approach, and compassionate care made all the difference. The staff was attentive and supportive, the rooms were very clean, and the overall treatment was excellent. Highly recommended for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine patient care.
