Livasa Hospital - Amritsar

Livasa Amritsar and their main branch has serious problem in communication they just take your time and money to book the appointment. But when you reach at the hospital it is mismanged. They asK you to pay at reception and then tell you to wait for more than 2 hr. They care about earning money over patient comfort and time. Pathetic management and very bad patient care. Request everyone to not pay untill the department confirms that they will be attended. Attaching photo of patients waiting helplessly. Management need to look into it

Literally disgusting hospital ever in existence. Such a pathetic and illiterate staff. Visited emergency for immidiate service instead they just rushed everything and told us to take away patient. The nurses and support staff were in too hurry in midnight. Most importantly they advertise for ECHS empanelment but they did not accept our CGHS card. Ridiculous people!

I have a very positive experience with Dr.Bikramjit Singh for treating my wife for High blood sugar.Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled.I recommend to anyone struggling with uncontrolled diabetes. It's hard to find such a doctor who is highly skilled but also so compassionate and dedicated to patients well being... Heartfelt Thanks to you.

My father was treated by Dr. Amanjot Bhoprai, and he underwent a very major surgery. Today, my father is completely healthy because of Dr. Amanjot's excellent treatment. He is truly an outstanding surgeon and, in my opinion, the best neurosurgeon. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Komal Thakur. She is a very supportive and caring person with a kind and gentle nature. She treats patients like family members and always has a smile on her face. She provided tremendous support throughout my father's treatment and was always there to help us with any concerns or questions we had. She is an excellent communicator and made our experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I am truly thankful to her for all her help and dedication. Thank you, Komal Ma'am. Dr. Pars Ram Saini is an excellent doctor who combines great expertise with genuine care for his patients. Dr. Saini performed my surgery with great skill and professionalism. He explained my condition clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and guided me through my treatment with confidence and professionalism. I am also grateful to all the nurses, support staff, and cleaners for their kindness, dedication, and excellent service. The hospital is clean, well maintained, and focused on patient care.
