The machines are good for taking the x-rays and other types of images but the staff members those who are catering the customers/ patients need to be more professional as well as friendly, it gives lot of confidence to the customers.

Horrible experience. My wife got a complicate testing done at this center and it was a nightmare. Their staff is utterly unprofessional and rude to the max, the test itself was handled in a very inhuman manner and while my wife was in pain the staff was laughing and joking around. Horrible.. just horrible lab. Maybe an okay lab for routine testing but not for something which requires good staff.

The Worst service Hello Dear all visiters/Customers, That on 01.07.2024, I am one of the customer of Arun imaging and sharing my personal experience of this Lab. Very very worst experience with Arun imaging. The staff of this Lab too much bad. They don't have manners to talk with the customers as well as too much poor service regarding how to attending/dealing with customer. The nature of the staff is very arrogantly. Covering bag of reports is very poor condition means the paper of reports is not safe in that poor covering bag. They don't ask and allow to join the proceedings of ultrasound from family member/husband of the patient. Take too much time to handed over the reports to patients. I went to the lab @12:00 PM and the report was handed over to me @6:00 PM. The price is too much high but the service is to much poor.

I am Doctor by profession, I will never ever recomend any of you to visit this place in emergency situation as I personally face a worst experience over here. Staff is so unprofessional and rude that the doesn't know how to treate a pateint. The seems to be so much busy talking to their staff only and the pateint is waiting for their reports. Worst experience ever never ever visit thi place in emergency situations.
