I was admitted to Galaxy Hospital for kidney stone surgery, and my overall experience was excellent. From the nursing staff to the doctors, everyone was very polite, supportive, and professional. The doctor explained the procedure clearly before and after the surgery, which gave me a lot of confidence. The surgery was successful, and my recovery is going well. The nursing staff was available 24/7 and took very good care of me, including timely medicines and regular check-ups. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the ward and emergency staff were very cooperative.
All the hospital staff, including house keeping nursing team and doctors, were very cooperative. Ms. Salma from the TPA department supported me from start to end. She is really kind and very helpful. I was admitted for a stone removal procedure, under treatment but within just two days my stone passed naturally without any procedure. alhamdulillah I'm very happy. Highly recommend this hospital. ..

We reached the hospital at 10 o clock my friend had a injury in her leg and she couldn't walk properly only the attendants came for help and the other staffs were not coperative and the x-ray technician was late and the machine was not working we waited for one hour and they told us that the machine is not working go to nearby hospital Is this how they should treat the patients 1.They didn't inform us about the machine problem at the very first moment 2.They made us wait for one hour. 3.The employees were not coperative and they didn't asked what really happened. 4.They didn't make clear communication. Service quality is very pathetic For an emergency I don't recommend this hospital, multi-speciality is only in their name but no in their service. 19/01/2026 Hope this review will help others.
