We reached the hospital at 10 o clock my friend had a injury in her leg and she couldn't walk properly only the attendants came for help and the other staffs were not coperative and the x-ray technician was late and the machine was not working we waited for one hour and they told us that the machine is not working go to nearby hospital Is this how they should treat the patients 1.They didn't inform us about the machine problem at the very first moment 2.They made us wait for one hour. 3.The employees were not coperative and they didn't asked what really happened. 4.They didn't make clear communication. Service quality is very pathetic For an emergency I don't recommend this hospital, multi-speciality is only in their name but no in their service. 19/01/2026 Hope this review will help others.
