First of all this is not a Hospital this is a Company and they have doctor cum agents who have targets, to make this company more profitable. My father was suffering through cough issue since last one week first he visited local physician and doctor gave him local antibiotics but still issue conssist so we visited near by pulmonologist as my father having COPD history. Doctor identified infection in throt and lungs and prescribed him medicines and some test. we have started the medicine but in tests report his blood suger level was elevate so his dibitologist suggested to get admitted to hospital so on 1st Nov 2025 me and my father come to your Hospital. We were unwere about you are running company by name of hospital so the doctor at your emergency ward checked my fater and decided to get admitted in ICU It was shocking to me as my father came self by walking and we were monitoring his BP, Oxygen and Sugar from past one week and apart from sugar everything was normal but doctor cum agent at emergency ward said his Oxygen level is drop to 85 so we have to admit him to ICU, at that point we have to understand and should have stop him and leave but unaware to you fraud businesses we fall into your trap and later other agents unnecessary kept my father 5 days into ICU in the name of protocols and parameters. And your company ICU charges goes faster then roket so once they fully exhaust my insurance limit they move my father to general ward. Treatment that can be easily done in general ward but company unnecessary push us into ICU in the name of protocols and actually looting innocent patient and there families. If you would have admitted him in general ward and in case of any emergency if you moved him to ICU that was acceptable. As there was no emergency at the time of admission. Now I have learned my lesson and going forward will never ever come to your company for any reason also will never refer to anyone in my friend and family to come here. And will also make sure will share my experience to people like me who depend on corporate insurance to beware from this fraud company. There are many small Hospital doing good job don't go for name or brand, they are here to make profile they have targets to achieve so avoid this fraud company.

As my husband admitted here for his treatment I had to stay 6 days in the hospital, actually it was my first experience in my life for staying in the hospital, totally I felt homely feeling, from taking an appointment for Dr Arun Bal Sir with the help of Salman Sir was very easy for me, I never thought of getting so fast it would be, Bal Sir is really like a Godman and Salman Sir is too helpful, they will always be in my heart, thanks to both of them who had helped to get my husband's treatment and also getting discharged from there was different level of experience, some bitter experience was there like getting approval from Insurance for admission and discharge was a great task, but otherwise I experienced every where a smiling face, getting lots of help from each an every person. Providing good food to patients, and very neat and clean cafetaria (definitely prices are little higher side) really too good, I can see all are their toes to do their work on time and giving best service, so here I suggest that there should be little more staffs are required in each and every department, so the hospital will remain number one always. I visited S L Raheja Hospital for the cancer traetment of my wife Ms. Shimul Akhter. She had breast cancer. We consulted with Dr Shivam Shingla & Dr Suresh Advani medical oncologist. She has been doing the treatment under doctor shivam since July 2022. She has had chemotherapy, surgery everything was fine. He treated her very well and she is fine now. Ms. Swapna from international team helped us alot she is very cooperative. Very happy with all the services.
