This is the worst hospital I have ever experienced. Absolutely no one here is supportive. The staff has zero manners and no idea how to talk or behave with patients. They act as if they are treating us for free and doing us a favor. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They simply waste people’s time. Patients are called at 7 AM and then forced to sit the entire day outside the doctor’s cabin. After making you wait for hours, they finally call your name at 3 or 4 PM — with no proper communication, no updates, and no clear response. Totally mismanaged and pathetic service.

They don’t even deserve one star There nurses are cruel who meeds to be thrown out ,they are rude and take so many blood sample unnecessary and throw half of them. They yell at you as if they are paying money ,this I am saying when i took private scheme and paying heavily. They take so much time for each treatment that your patient may die . Food horrible giving spicy food to baby . Rooms are worst then private hospital at that price .I moved to private hospital at same price and better service. So if you can afford please leave this hospital if you want good health for your family member. Management should teach there nurses basic talking skills and kindness .

Doctors a okay but the management is absolutely trash. You will waste so much money and time in things other than medicines and treatment. While I respect everyone who is working hard at this hospital it worth considering where it fails and needs improvement. Mindlessly working hard has no benefit over working smart. I know they offer free or subsidised treatment but there should be a limit on how many patients they take in. It gets too crowded which makes the management impossible even if one try. Even the ones are punctual have to face delays because of the unlimited admission of patients. And the doctors put the blame on patient for delaying even when they are not at fault. REGARDING APPOINTMENT: This could be easily done over a phone call or sms bot (ik about token and I am not talking about that) but they are least bothered about updating their system so now you have a stand in a queue and make it more crowded. BILLING SCAM: Since most people who go there are not so educated to check the app and card balance after ever transaction some attendant at the billing counter will charge and assign some extra blood tests along with the required one. I request everyone to kindly check the bills & memos in app to verify that you only paid for what you asked for. REGARDING MJPJAY: The yojna scheme has a really bad process (no where mentioned in yojna documents) of opening and closing the yojna card before and after every chemo session, you have to bring patient 2 days before the chemo date just for this silly 10min task of activating the card. Not everyone gets accommodation nearby so it gets way too expensive like I had to spend 2,000 every week just for this stupid process of activating the card. I ask yojna helpline and they said there is no such requirement but this hospital still ask for it.

Worse than worst. If Possible I would have given zero rating. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad behaviour of staffs and management is worst. Even they are not aware about their system. I will never recommend for this hospital.

Today my father had an appointment with a proper referral letter from hospital, he went for the checkup but the staff and nurses was so rude and disrespectful . He had to show few tests and MRI scans for any traces of cancer but they didn't see any and made him go from here and there . This is not right as someone who travel from long distances and then he gets such treatment. It would have taken them merely few minutes to do there work but they didn't do it they didn't see any tests or scans and shouted at him . Shame on you . If anything happens , who will be responsible ??
