I disagree with you on this point, as I've visited the hospital and personally witnessed that all the staff at Sai Sukhada Hospital are very polite and provide complete information. The receptionist, Madam and Sir, provided me with complete information and a cordial conversation during my patient's admission. Their communication and demeanor are very pleasant.
I had my delivery here with Dr Karuna. She is a fantastic doctor. Had a great experience with her. But the staff in this hospital is very rude and they have no practical knowledge. The nurse did not even know how to remove the needle of the drip inserted in my hand. I realised this and went to another one. She showed utmost callousness and insensitivity while removing it and it was so painful. She was looking at my face to check whether it is hurting me enough and was smiling. I still can’t get over the horrors I went through with the staff. The cleaning lady kept knocking on the door and disturbing us after my baby was delivered not because she was bothered about the cleanliness of the room but because she wanted money.
