Extremely disappointing and negligent emergency service. We brought a patient with active bleeding expecting immediate medical attention, but the staff showed absolutely no urgency or concern. The patient was left waiting for nearly an hour without even being checked by a doctor. Shockingly, no one even attempted to clean the blood or provide basic first aid while the patient continued bleeding. Instead of attending to the emergency, the staff insisted that we first go through OPD procedures. This kind of attitude in an emergency situation is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic humanity and responsibility toward patients. Hospitals should prioritize urgent care, and I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and improves their emergency response so that other patients do not face such careless treatment.

Worst experience in this hospital and worst staff, staff members are irregular and due to lack of communication between staff (trainees-students) proper treatment is not getting . cleaning staff is always asking money to do their duty and staff response is also very worst we had worst experience from 18/1/26-23/1/26 My experience when I stay ..out of ( 5 ) Treatment-2/5 Cleaning-0/5 Waiting time-0/5 Respect-0/5 Toilet in waiting hall -0/5 Toilet in ICU -5/5 Food-2/5 They are also hiding reports and not giving us the entire reports when asking and at end of treatment.any way with their improper treatment we do not done endo.. And we came out with another disease.

Mediocre innovation culture, no tangible product mindset. Regurgitating theories from books on board and by rote education. No incubator and priorities for product launching accelerator, but asipiring for University status. No regard for vendor's time and creative efforts, bottle neck decision making, no delegation and work culture rife with trust deficit. Ironically they're Running a "Center for Policy Study" (sans any improvement roadmaps and change mindsent) wonder what they study with no outcomes. example No policy on inculcating Safety Culture to students. No Safety training, like swimming nor basic fire fighting training. . God Save #Makeinindia no preventive health approach no path breaking DNA based precision medicine and interdisciplinary research and deployed outcomes.
