Gemcare Pulomi Hospitals (A Unit of Gemcare Hospitals PVT LTD)

My experience with Gemcare Poulami Hospital, AS Rao Nagar, was extremely disappointing. My mother was admitted to the ICU for three days and underwent dialysis during her stay. The nephrology doctor was very rude and seemed more focused on commercial aspects than on the patient's well-being. Every time we visited, we were asked to repeat tests at the hospital itself, and reports from other diagnostic centers were not accepted. Week after week, the same tests were recommended, which felt unnecessary and financially burdensome. The overall treatment and communication were very poor. We went through a very stressful experience with my mother's care. I have visited many hospitals before, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. We were discharged around midnight, which added to the inconvenience. The hospital staff appeared least concerned about patient comfort and satisfaction. In our experience, the focus seemed to be more on generating revenue than on providing quality patient care.

Myself Sowmya got admitted to Gemcare Poulomi Hospital for my delivery under the care of Dr. Sasikala, and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. Dr. Sasikala’s treatment and care were excellent—I felt safe and confident throughout. I am very thankful to the OT nursing staff and the anaesthetic team. They were incredibly friendly, supportive, and made me feel comfortable during my surgery, turning it into a beautiful lifetime memory for me. The 3rd floor nursing staff were very caring, attentive, and supportive at all times. I would also like to specially appreciate the housekeeping staff, Mrs. Maneamma. She truly cares for patients like a family member, with so much love and affection, and does all the cleaning work as if she is taking care of her own home. Overall, a wonderful hospital with a compassionate and dedicated team. Highly recommended.

it is an excellent medical institution which has very efficient, experianced staff who has good staff really caring sharing and hospitality commitment. Services are appreciated with all the satisfaction . I really greet all the staff right from top doctors to auxiliary staff. I once again wish all the staff for their services all the good luck for their future endeavours.

Excellent experience at Gemcare Poulomi Hospitals. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, the staff is polite, and the hospital is clean and well maintained. Truly patient-focused care.

HORRIBLE, absolutely horrible. If could rate it ZERO STARS I would. I don’t think I have EVER come across a doctor worse than Dr. KIRAN MOLUMURI. I don’t even understand how he got a medical license when it looks like his job was just to sit around and not actually do anything. We had been waiting there for easily an hour just to get simple stitches for an injury. And when I asked the doctor how long he would take to do it, he tells me “Don’t make me high” which apparently means “Don’t put pressure on him”. I still very politely told him that the only reason I’m asking is because my father who was the patient was very impatient and wanted to go home and he starts arguing about even giving him the stitches. He downright denied doing them. Action needs to be taken against this doctor at any cost because it is ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.
