Thank you for treatment. Keep doing good work for humanity. Little costly but staff are quite supportive. Under one roof, you can find all the possible medical labs and facilities. All the possible arrangements from general to special treatment are available. Doctors are happy & professional. Reception & other Staff are supportive. Nursing & House keeping department are good. Good ventilation & Clean rooms. Food quality is also good. Insurance staff is also supportive.

The staff is extremely arrogant and lazy. The doctors seems to be professional. But the behaviour of the staff is utterly ruthless. I have to visit hospital monthly for my Dad. The behaviour specially of the respionists is extremely rude everytime we visit. Global hospital is such a nice Hospital with great doctors but you lose your rating because of the staff's behaviour. Kindly work on this

Extremely unprofessional people. I had 1 accidental case, initial treatment given by lead doctor ashutosh (best expert) but the overall mindset of staff & management is the real problem it took me 2 hrs to get discharge with nonsense reason later found out they were trying to hold the patient as it was a critical operation we wanted to shift to a good hospital but their admin staff is extremely rude & unprofessional specially the ladies sit at reception they don't have a way to talk . ZERO customer service attitude, false charges to increase the bill.

Worst experienceever. Even for enquiry they will make you go here n there. We went for dialysis enquiry and check the facilities and cleanliness. Very disappointed, even bedsheets and pillow covers found dirty. No hygeine maintained. Staff at reception and dialysis counter is rude and doesn't reply properly. Not recommended hospital.

Very poor service and extremely expensive hospital. I was admitted at 5 AM, and the RMO insisted on ICU admission, which I agreed to. However, after the cardiologist’s visit, I was discharged by 11 AM the same day. Despite such a short stay, I was charged ₹22,000. It feels completely unjustified. Multiple blood tests were done even though they didn’t seem necessary, and the billing appears excessive. This experience felt more like overcharging than genuine medical care. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this hospital.
