Hospital facilities are good. MRI unavailable. Nurse staff are welcoming but need more training. Doctors are warm and assuring. Water dispenser is available only in ground floor. Private room is good. Food served is in line with patient's requirements. No dedicated parking space but still manageable. The house keeping staffs are excellent in helping the patients.
Ojass Hospital provides an excellent overall healthcare experience with a warm and professional environment. The staff is highly supportive, courteous, and always ready to help patients and attendants. The Laboratory division is very helpful and very supportive, soft spoken. Reception division also very helpful. Nursing staff is also very helpful. Medical diagnosis and treatment are handled with great accuracy and clear explanations, which builds strong trust. The hospital maintains outstanding cleanliness and hygiene across all areas. Overall, Ojass Hospital stands out for quality care, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
