I was recently admitted to Hasija Hospital for three days following an accident to my left hand. I would like to share my feedback regarding the facilities and services I experienced during my stay in Room No. 213. During my admission, I noticed several concerns: 1. The **room bell was not working**, and the nursing staff did not check the room regularly. I had to ring the bell multiple times for assistance. 2. **Basic amenities** were missing – there was no hand towel in the washroom, no proper arrangement for water, and I had to request everything separately. This raises the question of why I should pay for a private room when these facilities are not provided properly. 3. The **food arrangements were unsatisfactory**. For example, the same vegetable served at lunch on the first day was repeated for dinner on the second day. There was no fixed menu plan, and when I tried calling the canteen, I was told that no person was available. 4. On one occasion, for breakfast, I was given **sweet jave**, which I declined and requested an alternative. The response was not appropriate, and I was told to eat what was given. Only after I complained to a nurse, something else was arranged reluctantly. This is not the right attitude toward patients. Overall, my experience was below expectations, and I would rate it **5 out of 10**. I sincerely request you to look into these issues and improve the quality of facilities and staff behavior. Otherwise, such experiences may discourage patients from choosing your hospital in the future. Thank you for your attention.
