Overall experience was extremely disappointing. The facility lacked hygiene, proper management, and basic maintenance. While emergency services were excellent and the quality of treatments was commendable, the staff’s rudeness and poor communication between relatives, doctors, and management were unacceptable. The patient rooms and surrounding areas were in a very unhygienic condition. Immediate attention to cleanliness, communication, and staff behavior is urgently required.
I had an excellent experience at this hope hospital. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt well cared for at every step. Highly recommend for quality medical care. Also my treatment was successfully handled by the doctors.

When I got injured on my face, I went to Hope Hospital, but they did the bandages very poorly, which caused me a lot of suffering later, and I eventually had to get the dressing done from outside.
