Most pathetic and worst hospital ever seen. Extremely worst behaviour by staff and doctors. No doctors attending patients for 2-3 days even when patients are in pain and crying. Not at all recommended to go to this hospital and highly untrained attendants sitting without knowlegde and not answering to anyone and always rude behaviour. Raising complaint against the staff and hospital for highly utter negligence and careless attitude with no proper treatment.
I recently had my mom undergo laparoscopic surgery by Dr. Atul Vidyarthi, and I must say, he is an excellent doctor. He is not only a skilled surgeon but also a very kind and compassionate human being. He gave his best in the operating theater, and we are grateful for his care. However, the experience at the hospital was disappointing due to the nurses. Unfortunately, they lacked skill and their behavior was not at all professional. It felt as though the treatment quality resembled that of a government hospital, which is concerning, especially when you've paid a significant amount for treatment. The staff's attitude was not acceptable, and it was disheartening to see that previous reviews mentioning these issues seem to have been ignored by the hospital management. While Dr. Vidyarthi is a great doctor, I cannot highly recommend the hospital due to the lack of quality nursing care. If you do decide to visit, be prepared for possible inconveniences. The hospital is one of the more affordable options in the area, but they really need to improve the skill and professionalism of their nursing staff. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards better staffing and patient care. 🙏
