We are deeply grateful to Dr. Abhinav Deshpande, Director – Oncology Surgeon (Robotic Surgery) at Max Hospitals, Nagpur, for the exceptional care he provided to my wife, Ishita, during a very difficult phase of our lives. He performed the surgery to place a chemo port on her chest in preparation for chemotherapy, and the procedure was carried out with remarkable precision and care. The surgery went flawlessly, and Ishita was comfortably discharged on the very same day. Dr. Deshpande’s expertise as an oncology surgeon, especially in advanced robotic surgeries, is truly commendable. What stood out even more to us was the confidence, clarity, and reassurance he brought throughout the process. From helping us with the initial diagnosis of breast cancer to guiding us with solid, well-thought-out medical advice, he demonstrated not only surgical excellence but also genuine compassion. Our entire experience at Max Hospitals, Nagpur, under his guidance was extremely smooth and comforting during what could otherwise have been a very stressful time. He ensured that we felt informed, supported, and cared for at every step. We sincerely appreciate his dedication, skill, and kindness, and we are thankful to have been under the care of such a highly respected and capable oncology surgeon.

I was admitted for treatment of typhoid fever at Max Hospital, Nagpur. The admission process was smooth, and the doctor attended to me promptly. Treatment was started quickly based on an online consultation with a senior physician. The housekeeping services were good, and the nursing staff, along with their supervision, were excellent and very attentive. The dietitian provided meals according to my requirements, which was greatly appreciated. The doctors kept me well informed about my progress throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very positive. The discharge process was handled smoothly and efficiently, including the procurement of medicines for post-discharge treatment.

All the services are very good and excellent service. All the sister and brothers are good they helped us alot with all the facilities. We had an overall good experience during my wife' pregnancy admission & delivery The staff was supportive,caring and cooperative throughout the stay. Housekeeping Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Yadav, Mr. Yadav, and the housekeeping team for maintaining cleanliness and providing good support throughout the stay. Nursing Staff The nursing staff was supportive and caring overall, with only a few minor mistakes. Special appreciation to: Head Nurse: Ms. Meena John Team Lead: Sister Roly Dhawale Other supportive staff members: Poonam Sister Shrushti Sister Shashanki Sister GD Staff Pratiksha, who did a fantastic job Pratiksha Dadmal Doctors & RM Team Dr. Shubhangi (RM Staff) visited regularly and provided continuous support. Dr. Rajini Gupta (Gynecologist) handled the delivery very smoothly and provided proper guidance throughout the journey. Dr. Bhaskar Gupta (Pediatrician) and the RM team took very good care of our baby and guided us properly at every step. Concern – Radiology Department The only disappointing experience was with the Radiology Department, as the reporting process was extremely slow. We had the USG done around 12 PM and were initially asked to wait for 2 hours. Even after waiting, we were repeatedly told to wait another 20–30 minutes multiple times. Eventually, we received the report after almost 4.5 hours, which wasted the entire day. During the 9th month of pregnancy, it becomes very difficult for patients to wait for such long hours just for a report. This experience was quite stressful and needs improvement from the department side.
