Hi Mr Sogani I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ultrasound appointment process at House of Diagnostics. As part of my annual corporate health check-up, I visited your centre yesterday and completed all my scheduled tests. Since the ultrasound could not be completed on the same day, I requested an appointment or a specific time slot for today. However, I was informed that your centre does not provide appointments for ultrasound and that I would have to report at 7:00 AM to obtain a token. Accordingly, I reached the centre at 7:00 AM today. Even obtaining the token took more than 30 minutes due to the crowd and lack of an organized process. Since then, I have been waiting for over three hours, and I have been informed that the total waiting time may extend to four to five hours. This system is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, particularly for working professionals who have already scheduled their health check-up through their employer. Asking patients to arrive early in the morning without any assurance of when they will actually be attended reflects poor planning and a complete disregard for patients’ time. I would like to understand: Why are ultrasound appointments or time slots not provided? Why is there no queue management system to minimize waiting time? What steps are being taken to improve the patient experience and prevent such excessive delays? I request you to investigate this matter and implement a proper appointment or slot-based system for ultrasound services. No patient should be expected to spend an entire working day simply waiting for a routine diagnostic test. I also request a response explaining the corrective actions that will be taken to address this issue.

I had a wonderful experience at HOD Diagnostic Centre in Prashant Vihar. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The centre is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with modern diagnostic technology, which gave me confidence in the accuracy of the results. Appointments were handled efficiently, with minimal waiting time, and the reports were delivered promptly. I truly appreciate the compassionate approach of the team, who ensured comfort and clarity at every step. I had a very smooth and professional experience at HOD (House of Diagnostics), Prashant Vihar. The staff was polite, helpful, and well-organized, which made the entire process hassle-free. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the waiting time was minimal. And Monday tha isliye rush nahi thaa bilkul.

It is a nice place for diagnosis. Good and Clean environment. Polite staff. But in my report my age is different. My original age is 28, but in the x ray report of dtpa scan they reduced my age to 25 . It happened because of mrs manju ,she first wrote my age 25 in the bill so I have to change it to 28 . she assured me my age will be same 28 in the report but it didn't happen. Anyone who is going there please check your details in the bill.

They weee so kind and supportive, guiding me through everything and helping me to get test and report done within 30 mins. It made my visit so much easier and more comfortable.
