Excellent Experience at iClinix Hospital We recently got my mother’s surgery done at iClinix Hospital, and our overall experience was truly very good. The doctors are highly professional, experienced, and caring. They explained the entire procedure clearly and treated my mother with great patience and confidence, which gave our family a lot of relief. I want to specially highlight the TPA department — their support was outstanding. The TPA team handled all insurance formalities very smoothly. Documentation, approvals, and coordination with the insurance company were done on time without unnecessary delays. They guided us properly at every step and made the cashless process stress-free. Their cooperation and quick response really deserve appreciation. The counselling department was also very helpful. They explained surgery details, charges, admission process, and post-surgery care in a very calm and supportive manner. Their guidance made everything easy to understand and reduced our anxiety. Hospital staff, nurses, cleanliness, and overall management were well maintained. The environment was hygienic and patient-friendly. I am truly thankful to the entire iClinix Hospital team, especially the TPA department, doctors, and counsellors, for their excellent care and support during this difficult time. Highly recommended hospital for treatment and insurance support. 🙏

Thank you to the iClinix Hospital team for the great care. My uncle’s cataract surgery was done under cashless insurance without any hassle. The staff was kind, and explained every step clearly to my uncle which made us feel comfortable. overall, excellent service and care.

The doctor and surgery were satisfactory; however, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, with cashless insurance patients treated poorly. My experience at I Clinix Advanced Eye Care was deeply frustrating and stressful, especially as a patient undergoing cataract surgery. Despite having a cashless Tata AIG insurance policy, I was repeatedly pressured to pay money before and after surgery. This was despite written approval from the insurer clearly stating: “Please do not collect any amount from the member.” Key issues I faced: • Unprofessional and rude behaviour at the TPA desk. I was asked to sign multiple unfilled documents. When I requested time to read them, the staff became impatient and said they had “35 surgeries” and no time. Documents were even placed on a shoe rack while being handled. • Incorrect paperwork: Patient name was spelled incorrectly despite me pointing it out in advance. I was told it was “just a formality,” which later caused confusion and delays. • Poor coordination with insurance: The hospital failed to obtain proper approvals in advance and later tried to shift the responsibility to the patient. • Excessive waiting and neglect: I spent almost 8 hours in the hospital, including 6 hours waiting after surgery, with no proper post-operative care, overcrowded waiting areas, delayed eye patch removal, and unhygienic washroom conditions. • The focus throughout the day was more on billing and recovery than patient care. The surgery itself may have been clinically fine, but the administrative handling, attitude of staff, and pressure tactics completely overshadowed it. I would strongly caution anyone planning surgery here—especially cashless insurance patients—to be extremely careful, read every document, and not rely on verbal assurances. This was a mentally exhausting and unpleasant experience that no patient should have to go through.
