Currently I am In Australia As An International Student I Flew All The Way From Australia Especially For This Surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely professional, polite, and well-organized. Dr. Rahil Chaudhary is incredibly skilled and reassuring. He explained everything clearly before the procedure and made me feel completely confident and comfortable. The post-surgery care and guidance were excellent, and I really appreciated the smooth process—from consultation to medical certificate and recovery advice. The hospital is clean, well-managed, and patient-focused. I barely had to wait, and every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. Poor management. I visited for an eye infection that required prompt medical attention. Despite arriving at 10:00 AM, I was only seen by a doctor at 1:53 PM. Advance payment was taken at the time of registration, which made it difficult to leave despite the long delay. I was scheduled to consult Dr. Avni but was instead reassigned to Dr. Gunjan without any prior communication. The prolonged waiting time was especially difficult given the pain and discomfort involved. If you choose this hospital, be prepared for a wait of at least 3–4 hours.
