Good, only thing i don't like that you have to remove your shoes or slipper, with theres, slippers. Beside of this, they should provide responsible something to wear, or maintain the floor cleaning.

An extremely poorly run clinic. They scheduled a cataract surgery at noon but it's now 2pm and we have just been waiting. A very a simple and avoidable issue that no one in the clinic cares about.

Such a pathetic service. Its been 4hours that We have been waiting for lasik to start. Our appointment was booked for 2 PM but they kept us waiting in lobby for 4 hours and counting on. When we asked the receptionist about the update she was very rude. Upon shouting they gave the patient eye drops and asked again to wait. Remember they will only kniw when you start shouting on them. They will just test your patience. These guys here doesn’t value your time. I will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very good surgeons and world-class treatment. Extremely happy with the care and service! Would highly recommend!

I am writing this review since I don't want anyone to go through the experience that I have faced because of these doctors - Dr. Anuradha Chugh and Dr. Alkesh Chaudhary. They are both extremely underqualified for the surgeries they are performing at this hospital especially Lasik. My lasik was performed by these two doctors, which left one of my eyes with a blurred vision. Even after multiple follow ups post lasik, they couldn't even detect or may be didn't have the courage to tell me what exactly had happened in that eye which left it with the blurred vision. Dr. Anuradha Chugh esp. kept on beating around the bush for a longest time and it seemed as if she wasn't even aware that something like this can happen in a procedure like lasik and seemed clueless the whole time. After my visits to multiple doctors later, I realised how underqualified and clueless these people were, they didn't have the latest technology or even the competent machines which other good hospitals have. They are only aware about the procedure and not what comes before or after it. Please avoid going to this hospital and these doctors if you want to avoid such misery in your life.
