It is better to arrive early and be prepared for a long wait. The doctors are highly skilled and once you get to see them, the quality of care is excellent. They are thorough and professional. The building itself feels quite old and the infrastructure could definitely use an upgrade to handle the high volume of patients more efficiently. The IUT, HDU and General ward is very good and the stuff and it's management are very good as well. INK provides the world class service to their patients. Services seem too slow. We arrived for a CT scan( with contrast) at 9.30am , left the premises with plate at 2 pm. It's more difficult for the patient who has been starving overnight. Besides, their seating area is inadequate to handle rush hours. It's a reputed institiute with focus on neurology but it doesn't rank within top 5 in India.
