Excellent hospital, emergency care was too good. My family member had severe dog bite on her ear but excellent care. That is why immediately came for my wife delivery as well. Excellent care

To the Management of Irene Hospital, I am writing to complain about the very poor experience during our recent visit. · The hospital was not clean, toilets are always dirty. · The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. · Staff smoking inside the toilets near the ICU. This is dangerous and unacceptable. · Many medical equipment appeared to be old or not working properly, ultrasound machine etc. · There is no transparency; the hospital team does not clearly communicate with patients or families. Your service needs urgent improvement. This is a serious health risk for patients. I expect you to take action on this immediately.

Dr Gowher and Dr Anirban it's totally poor service they didn't patient care include nursing staff. I am all ready payment from my insurance side but my advance payment not received right now last 4 day. To the Management of Irene Hospital, I am writing to complain about the very poor experience during our recent visit. · The hospital was not clean, toilets are always dirty. · The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. · Staff smoking inside the toilets near the ICU. This is dangerous and unacceptable. · Many medical equipment appeared to be old or not working properly, ultrasound machine etc. · There is no transparency; the hospital team does not clearly communicate with patients or families. Hospital is nice situated at calm environment. Staffs are friendly. We went for my dad's surgery via pristine experience was very nice. I was hesitant after seeing 3.5 rating but it was nice experience. Want to thank the nurces and other staff's for taking good care of my dad.

Today i vaccinated COVAXIN Booster paid 1410/- it's too much. Anyway very much hygienically Cleaned n good work
