We recently had our grandmother treated at this hospital. She’s 85 years of age, and it was extremely essential that she got gentle considerate care. The doctors and staff at this hospital, not just a fantastic job but also very caring and considerate through the course of the treatment. Starting from Akash was at the reception who made sure it was a hassle-free admission, and hassle-free transfers between the ICU and rooms, to the BNP (Food and Beverages and Hygiene) staff, everyone did their job with intent and consideration. A special mention of the nurses, Pranali, Pratiksha and Aishwarya who took very good care once granny was out of the ICU. Dr Kabra, who was the Primary general physician, attending to our grandmothers could not have done a better job, treating her while being extremely courteous and cordial in his interactions with her. We are extremely thankful to the entire staff of Jeevan Jyothi Hospital.
Myself visited for 3 times and it was awesome experience for family member treatment. Doctors are higher experienced and knowledgeable as well as staff also too most polite and professional.
I would rate Jivanjyoti Hospital very poorly. The hospital is not clean, the management is completely unorganized, and they don’t give even a single rupee discount. Their prices are also very high. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
