This is hands down the worst hospital experience of my life. I would strongly warn anyone reading this — please think 100 times before going to this place. Even a government hospital felt more trustworthy and caring compared to what I experienced here. I admitted my father because he was suffering from severe stomach pain. Instead of focusing on treatment, it honestly felt like the moment insurance was involved, everything became about money. For two full days, my father was in pain and we got almost no clear answers. Doctors kept visiting but never properly explained what was wrong, why it was happening, or what exactly they were doing to fix it. It felt like they were just giving painkillers and delaying real treatment. Watching your parent suffer in pain while feeling completely helpless is something I would not wish on anyone. There was no urgency, no proper communication, and no reassurance. The nursing staff attitude was extremely disappointing. There was very little care, empathy, or seriousness toward the patient’s condition. Finally, I could not take it anymore and decided to move my father to another hospital. The difference after shifting was huge — only then did proper diagnosis and real treatment actually start. The discharge process was another nightmare. When I clearly told them the patient was in pain and needed urgent transfer, instead of helping, the process was dragged for almost an entire day. It honestly felt like once we decided to leave, the attitude towards us changed completely. On top of all this, I forgot my mobile charger there and it was never returned. I was simply told it was lost. That just added to the frustration and lack of trust. This entire experience was stressful, painful, and deeply disappointing. If you care about your loved ones, please be very careful before choosing this hospital, especially in emergency situations.

I had a good experience at this hospital. The doctors were knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly. The nursing staff was supportive and attentive throughout my stay. The admission and treatment process was smooth, and hygiene was well maintained. Overall, I am satisfied with the care provided. Dr. Nitin kabra, Dr. Prashant Kedari Sir and Dr. Vaishnavi Ma’am for their excellent medical expertise, calm approach, kindness, and constant reassurance, which gave us immense strength and confidence throughout the treatment. The nursing staff was extremely caring, compassionate, and dedicated. Special thanks to Dipa Ma’am, Bhakti Ma’am and Amol Sir for their round-the-clock support, patience, and warm behavior. They truly treated us like their own family.

All the doctors are very good and experienced here. And few people from nursing staff (Shweta, Nikita, Tejaswini) are really good at taking care of their patients. But, we did not have an overall good experience in terms of hospital services. This hospital was very near to our home so Good doctors and near-to-home location were the only 2 reason we continued here. In terms of hospitality, it’s very bad!! Except for a few nurses, staff is very irresponsible and doesn’t care even when clearly instructed by doctors. You have to keep asking for a single thing multiple times before someone comes to help you with it. They ask you to purchase all medicines from their own hospital pharmacy stating ‘not allowed from outside as per rules’! Why would anybody pay more to buy exact same medicines? Cleaning staff keeps coming throughout night, cleaning at even 2 AM, switching ON all lights and clicking proof pictures to show to upper management and doesn’t let patient sleep properly. We were moved from one room to another due to ceiling leakage issue but the new bed was broken too. After complaining multiple times to multiple people about broken bed, it took them 2 days to finally replace it. Hospital needs to really work hard on providing at least satisfactory services to patients.
