I had a very good experience at Phoenix Hospital for my complete health check-up. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completed on time. All the tests were conducted efficiently, including ECG, blood tests (CBC, HbA1c, lipid profile, FBS), urine test, chest X-ray, ultrasonography, PFT, audiometry, eye check-up, and TMT/2D Echo. The staff was cooperative and professional throughout the process. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Pratima ma’am for her excellent guidance and support. She explained everything clearly and ensured the entire procedure was stress-free. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hospital for complete health check-ups.☺️☺️☺️

While I appreciate the efficiency of the Pathology department—specifically the excellent service provided by Dr. Pratima. My overall experience regarding the scheduling of specialized tests has been disappointing. During my last two visits, I encountered significant issues with tests requiring appointments, such as the 2D-ECHO. Despite having a confirmed slot, I was informed upon arrival that the doctor was unavailable, with no prior notification. Furthermore, the follow-up process has been inadequate; after being told I would receive a call to reschedule, I received no communication, forcing me to chase the hospital for updates. For a corporate-sponsored health check, the expectation is a streamlined, half-day process. Having these appointments extended over multiple days due to poor coordination is not only inconvenient but also impacts the value of the service provided. I believe the hospital management should review the communication protocols at the reception and scheduling desks to ensure that patient time is respected and that commitments made to patients are honored. I hope this feedback helps in improving the service standards, as I would prefer to see the hospital maintain the trust and quality that patients expect.
