We had a very positive experience at Jehangir Hospital, Pune for my sister’s LSCS delivery. The entire process was handled with great professionalism and care. The Dr Anita Bapat Ma’am & Team of all Resident Drs explained everything clearly before the surgery also it was emergency so they handled it well which helped us stay calm and confident. The operation was smooth, and both mother and baby are doing absolutely fine. The nursing CNS - Gholap mam , Sr - Gopika , Sr Priyanka , Sr Tasni , Sr Kajal all night and day staff was extremely supportive, attentive, and compassionate during recovery Coordinator Geeta madam & Co Deepali madam , Admission staff Prabhakar sir also Insurance Desk staff - Vasu Sir and another mam are helpful Post-operative care was excellent, and the hospital maintained high hygiene standards throughout our stay. Guest Relations - Special thanks Maya mam , Sheetal mam & Luiza mam were very helpful Big thanks to supportive services- Manisha Tai & Manushi who was in night ( Ratnamma Manushi ) she was extremely helpful Big thanks- to everyone We are truly grateful to the entire maternity and surgical team for making this journey safe and stress-free.
