Never go here for 2d echo heart test. We are waiting here since 12pm. They charge us full fees, similar to any other diagnostic centre. No value of time for anyone. Doctors do the test, go for surgery and let others wait for 3 _ 4 hrs. No token system, no numbering system. Pathetic.

Excellent thought - They believe in Every patient is a picture of God to serve him is to workshop god. But Action - The hospital is average with decent facilities, but I want to alert everyone — especially those covered under Insurance, CGHS, ECHS, Defence, or Railway schemes — to be very cautious. The staff often suggests unnecessary tests that are not covered under these plans, which will result in unexpected bills. Once a patient is admitted to the ICU, they will prolong the stay and even put patients on ventilators unnecessarily. Patients are often sedated, and relatives are told that the ventilator is essential for survival, with pressure to sign NOC forms for it. Please be vigilant — always ask for a explanation for treatment, and do not hesitate to seek a second opinion before agreeing to major procedures. Do not trust fake review. which are one liner. In the end, I would personally advise avoiding this hospital if possible.

I am deeply disappointed with the care my grandfather received at this hospital. He was admitted for abdominal pain and diagnosed with small bowel obstruction. The operation was successful, but the post-operative care was extremely negligent. Despite his condition worsening, the medical staff failed to properly monitor him. His WBC count rose to over 40,000, a clear sign of severe infection and sepsis, yet this was not noticed or acted upon in time. Tragically, my grandfather passed away due to heart failure and septic shock. What makes this even more painful is that he never had any prior heart problems, and his death could potentially have been prevented with proper monitoring and timely intervention after surgery. Patients and their families put their trust in hospitals during the most vulnerable times of their lives. Unfortunately, that trust was broken in our case due to a lack of proper post-operative care and attentiveness. I sincerely hope the hospital administration reviews such incidents seriously and ensures that no other family has to go through the same experience.

Doctor, nurses, food, cleanliness were all good. But the hospital asking for unnecessary payment to Ex. Service Man (my father) about Rs.15000 (saying treatment not covered under ECHS). Unnecessary headache. Useless service for common people. 😠😡
